Who buys tickets for what, held to a fair comparison
The genres are not booked in equal numbers, so a straight total will always flatter whichever genre gets the most performances. Every view on this page can be read as a total or as an average for one performance, and the bar below shows how the calendar is actually divided. Read together, the two answer different questions: which genre brings in the most, and which genre earns the most per performance it is given.

The calendar holds a fixed number of performances, so this planner keeps the total constant. Add performances to one genre and the same number comes off the others, split evenly between them. Each genre earns at its own 2025 average for a night, so leaving the sliders alone reproduces 2025 exactly. A genre the club did not stage in 2025 is priced at its three-year average. The result shows what the mix is worth, not what any particular booking would do.

Method
- What a night means here
- One performance on one date, carrying the genre recorded against it in the export. The club staged 471, 481 and 465 performances across 2023, 2024 and 2025.
- Attendance against bookings
- Seats, guests and revenue describe who bought tickets for what. They do not describe how well a genre was booked, and nothing on this page is a recommendation about what to book. Because the genres receive very different numbers of performances, every figure is also given as a per-night average so they can be set beside each other fairly.
- Food and beverage
- Only the spend recorded against a table at a ticketed performance. The walk-in bar and restaurant trade is left out, because no booking decision moves it directly.
